Viktor finished Grades 11 and 12 in BC with a GPA of 4.00 and 3.75 with academic studies in Calculus, Math, and the Sciences. He made Valedictorian in Grade 10. In Calgary he completed a one year certificate program at Mount Royal College. His first job was working for his high school in Surrey as a Teacher's Assistant.
After moving to Calgary, Viktor worked in the O&G industry for 10 years in the Records Management group, managing his own area and after his first year, at age 21, implemented a major IT project, IRIS, the creation of an online RM database, including all necessary programming, which he self-learned. As IRIS went online department by department, Viktor achieved 100% credibility with his customers. After a merger, Viktor spent a year as a Help Desk Analyst before pursuing a joint writer/management career. He received over 70 emails wishing him well.
Since 1992 while authoring 8 printed books and 3 ebooks in the areas of relationships, computers/HTML, ebooks, fiction, humour, paper management, project management; Viktor also worked various contracts in the oil & retail industries. One of his favorite temporary jobs was maintaining the technical library for an aircraft maintenance company at the Calgary International Airport.
Very much a self-learner, Viktor has only taken one computer course in his academic history (at MRC), on Cobol programming. Viktor continues to pursue academic studies, recently finishing his Technical Writing Certificate on a part-time basis. Viktor also earned his Applied Information Management Certificate.
Since 1996 Viktor has provided leadership & problem solving on consulting projects in both Records Management and Move Management (office moves) in Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg, and Montreal. His work in web design and management follows the concept of keeping it simple and functional with a spur of creative design. He continues to provide strategic insight to businesses for workflow, tenders, web design, supplies sourcing.
